Payment and Refunds Policy

Daily Aamaal is free. Every feature, every dua, every ziyarat and every book is available to everyone at no cost, and always will be. Contributions are voluntary support for the app's upkeep and for new content: new duas, ziyarats, books and audio.

A contribution does not unlock features. It is not a purchase of access, and it is not a donation to a charity.

Contributions to Daily Aamaal are not zakat, khums, sadaqah or any other religious obligation, and cannot be counted as such. If you wish to fulfil a religious obligation, please do so through the appropriate channels with the guidance of your marja or scholar.

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in your local currency as set by the store.

Monthly, quarterly and yearly contributions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time:

• On iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
• On Android: Play Store, then your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You remain a supporter until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The lifetime contribution is a single one-time payment. It never renews.

Apple purchases: refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store payments ourselves.

Google Play purchases: within 48 hours, request a refund directly through Google Play. After 48 hours, contact us at salaam@dailyaamaal.com and we can issue a refund from our side.

If you contributed by mistake, contact us and we will help you put it right.

A refunded contribution ends supporter status.

Deleting your Daily Aamaal account does not cancel a store subscription. Subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings, as described above.
