Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daily Aamaal mobile application and website (the "Service") provided by 1K Founders Online ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Daily Aamaal is a spiritual companion application that provides access to Quran recitations with translations in English, Urdu, Gujarati, and Punjabi. The Service includes features such as audio playback, listening progress tracking, bookmarking, favourites, push notification reminders, and personalised recommendations.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to:

• Listen to Quran recitations and translations
• Track your personal listening progress
• Save and manage your favourite Surahs
• Customise your playback preferences
• Receive notification reminders you have opted into

You must not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any audio content from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

The Quran recitations, translations, and all related audio content available through the Service are provided under licence from their respective rights holders. All intellectual property rights in the content — including but not limited to audio recordings, translation texts, and associated metadata — remain with the original rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content. You may listen to content through the Service for personal use only. You may not download, record, copy, or distribute audio content except where expressly permitted by the rights holder.

The Daily Aamaal name, logo, and app design are the property of 1K Founders Online. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Currently, the Service does not allow you to post public content. Certain settings, preferences, and listening data are stored as part of your account. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that data as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to operate the Service.

If you enable push notifications, we may send you reminders, Surah recommendations, and updates related to your listening habits. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to any other feature of the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver certain functionality including authentication, data storage, audio delivery, push notifications, and error monitoring. Your use of the Service is subject to the privacy policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

The Service may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external site.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1K Founders Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1K Founders Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1K Founders Online is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising under these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
